Position Overview:
We are seeking a Project Manager based in Las Vegas, NV to join our team. This is a remote/work-from-home position with minimal travel, but candidates must be able to attend local show site installations, client meetings, and vendor visits in the Las Vegas area.
The Project Manager will take ownership of sold projects and ensure smooth execution from kickoff through opening day on the show floor and beyond. Success in this role requires strong coordination, organizational, and client-facing skills.
Responsibilities:
>Take ownership of projects once sold and manage execution through show completion.
>Write project quotes and maintain accurate cost tracking.
>Order materials and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
>Collaborate with production partners and vendors to meet deadlines and specifications.
>Review detail drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
>Complete and submit required show forms.
>Interact with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction and alignment.
>Travel locally within Las Vegas to supervise projects on-site at trade shows.
>Visit local vendors and production facilities to monitor progress as needed.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
>5+ years of project management experience in the trade show, exhibit, or events industry.
>Strong knowledge of exhibit fabrication, logistics, and show operations.
>AutoCAD proficiency (bonus, not required).
>Familiarity with Photoshop for graphics review (a plus, not required).
>Experience with AI tools or workflows (a bonus).
>Excellent organizational, communication, and vendor management skills.
>Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining highly accountable.
