Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES: Produce production-ready construction drawings and installation drawings including details and fabrication descriptions Produce preliminary floor plans and layouts for Sales to review Specify material, hardware, electrical/lighting specifications and building techniques Assist the Project Manager to oversee construction phase to ensure all aspects of project are effectively executed to meet the initial estimate. Adhere to company CAD standards and maintain all electronic CAD files on the server Print either full-size patterns or scaled drawings for construction Operate efficiently under time constraints and meets deadlines Work with minimal supervision, both alone and in teams Demonstrate knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes Utilize effective communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams Demonstrating excellent attention to detail Prioritize workload to ensure time project completion
