RGo Productions is seeking an experienced project manager to work part time and from home. We expect this position to develop in to a full-time position (while still WFH) for the right candidate once our industry climbs out of the pandemic slump.The right candidate should be able to take ownership of a project once sold, and ensure the proper execution of all aspects through opening day at the show and beyond. Primary responsibilities/skills include:-Writing quotes -Ordering of materials-Tracking orders-Collaborating with production partners and vendors-Checking detail drawings to ensure accuracy-Interacting with clients when necessary-Filling out and submitting show forms-Traveling to show site for supervision of projects-Traveling to production facilities to view in-progress projectsThe above responsibilities/skills represent the minimum required for the position. The responsibilities/skills listed below are desirable and any candidate that can meet these will be in greater consideration and also compensated accordingly.-AutoCAD capabilities-Photoshop capabilities-Ability to produce design writeups for new projects RGo Productions is looking forward to the industry opening back up and building a great team to help manage what we predict will be a large amount of work in 2022 and beyond.
